RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At www.kickscooters.gr the return of a product is accepted in the following cases:
(A) For shipments of wrong or defective product, kickscooters.gr must accept the return of the product within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. The product should be in excellent condition, the packaging not opened, or tampered with.
Upon receipt of returned products in quality control, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date of reception by Kickscooters.gr, in the same way that such order was placed. The return can be made by crediting the customer's bank account, who will promptly notify Kickscooters.gr writing.
(B) Of course, the customer reserves the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without obligation to communicate the reason for wishing to return product within ten (10) calendar days of receipt.
After this period, returns will not be accepted for any reason. The returns will be accepted only if the products that the customer wishes to return are in excellent condition, not used or altered in any way and of course has not violated the packaging and accompanied by original documents. The Company will not accept products returned incomplete or damaged or destroyed or damaged or which are obviously used.
In the case (b) above, Customer shall bear the direct cost of returning goods, while in all cases, the Customer bears the risk of product delivery to the Company. In case of loss of products upon their return, we are not responsible. For this reason, the return of products must be made either by courier or registered mail via post.
Refunds are made at market price (minus shipping costs) if requested by the customer, by deposit in a bank account designated to kickscooters.gr within 30 days. Of course there is the possibility of offering credit invoice to be refunded for use within 1 month.
In each of these cases, a written request for change of product should be submitted within this period, either by fax to Fax: 2108995062 or online at e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, while the products should be returned to:
