The Root Industries Type R GT Pro Scooter is the perfect pro-level park scooter. At just 3.1kgs, this scooter is very light for it's size, making it easy to maneuver and control. It also boasts a wide 5-inch deck and tall 600mm bars, providing plenty of space for tricks. The Type R GT is packed with innovative features, including HMA aluminum bars, Lotus wheels, a GT clamp, Fractal grips, an Air headset, and cold-forged single-piece forks.

The all-new Type R GT deck is 5 inches wide and 19.5 inches long, providing ample foot space while minimizing the risk of flyouts. Made using a unique Magnesium-rich 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, the deck is incredibly lightweight yet strong, thanks to its triple-channel cavity design. HMA bars are made from a Hi-Modulus Alloy that retains the lightness of regular aluminum but is 25% stronger. Lotus wheels are an evolution of Honeycore wheels, featuring a softer PU compound for enhanced control on smooth surfaces. The Ultra High Rebound + Grip PU is optimized for indoor skateparks and smooth concrete, offering speed with extra grip.

The Type R GT also features our new Fractal grips, designed using AI to create efficient grooves that disperse sweat faster, keeping your hands dry and enhancing grip. The stylish GT clamp reduces scooter weight while providing excellent clamping strength with dual high tensile 6mm bolts.
